Once completed, if you achieve a score of 70% or above, you will be eligible to proceed to Step 2

A WOW-certified auditor will conduct a 1-hour online session to verify key responses from your self-audit - focusing on high-weighted questions. Your answers will be assessed for accuracy and consistency.

A passing score of 70% is required to move forward.

In this final step, your employees will complete a confidential 30-question survey. This allows us to compare leadership insights from the self-audit with real employee perceptions.

To achieve certification, your organization must receive a score of at least 70% on this survey.
